Olamide is a data governance specialist and data engineer with over six years of progressive experience across healthcare, public sector, and enterprise environments spanning two continents.
She began her career at one of West Africa's largest tertiary healthcare institutions, where she designed and implemented the hospital's first formal data access governance framework across systems handling sensitive patient records, clinical data, and administrative information. She received a departmental commendation for identifying and remediating critical data governance gaps across institutional systems.
She has since worked at one of the largest public service departments in the UK, managing sensitive personal data in compliance with UK GDPR, and in enterprise data engineering roles where she designed ETL pipelines and data quality management frameworks.
Olamide holds an MSc in Big Data Technologies from Glasgow Caledonian University, ranked as the UK's top modern university.
She is a member of several professional bodies.
